GIRL!!!!
This was definitely the happiest day I have had since my wedding day. I honestly didn't prefer one gender over the other but my GUT feeling was that it was a girl. Having that confirmed and seeing her move all around was incredible. Ill never forget the feelings I had holding alecs hand with much anticipation and as soon as we found out tears started falling down my cheeks, its like she came down and gave me a big giant hug.

We celebrated by going to our favorite karens bakery for lunch and with PINK cupcakes and balloons at work!

Yay Cari and alec! I am so excited for you guys! I loved how you said it was the happiest day since your marriage! You're right! NOTHING compares to the excitement of having your first baby!
BTW...after some snooping around on your blog, I've come to the conclusion that you two have been to Hawaii more than anyone should be afforded in this lifetime! LUCKY ducks!

Aw, baby girls are so fun! I am reminded of the time you and Alec were sitting on the couch holding a baby just before his mission (maybe Dallin) and I felt like I was getting a glimpse into the future. You are both going to be such positive and fun parents!! Congrats Cari!!
